Subprocessors
Book Well LLC uses the providers below to deliver and secure the service. A provider receives only the categories needed for its function, subject to configuration and the client's plan. Provider corporate affiliates and infrastructure vendors may also participate under that provider's published subprocessor terms.
Supabase
Purpose: Authentication, PostgreSQL database, and object storage
Data involved: Account, client, customer/prospect, and application data
Stripe
Purpose: Payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing portal
Data involved: Client contact, billing, subscription, and payment metadata
Telnyx and its enabled voice/AI infrastructure
Purpose: Telephone numbers, calling, speech, AI voice, transcription, and call insights
Data involved: Phone numbers, call audio, transcripts, call metadata, intake data, and summaries
Cal.com
Purpose: Calendar connection, availability, appointments, and booking webhooks
Data involved: Client calendar identity, availability, attendee, appointment, and location data
Resend and email-delivery infrastructure
Purpose: Transactional and inquiry email delivery and inbound email
Data involved: Names, email addresses, message content, and delivery metadata
PostHog (US Cloud)
Purpose: Limited first-party product analytics when enabled
Data involved: Pseudonymous user/workspace identifiers, role, release, and allowlisted product events; no customer content
Sentry
Purpose: Error monitoring and performance diagnostics when enabled
Data involved: Scrubbed error, route, release, device, and performance data
Vercel
Purpose: Website and Next.js application hosting
Data involved: HTTP requests, IP/device data, application content, and logs
Google Cloud
Purpose: API hosting, compute, secrets, and logs
Data involved: Application, integration, request, and operational data
Cloudflare
Purpose: DNS, network protection, and Turnstile abuse prevention
Data involved: IP/device, network, challenge, and request-security data
