Accessibility Statement
Book Well is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA for its public website and client software. We design for keyboard use, readable contrast and reflow, meaningful labels, reduced motion, and compatibility with common assistive technologies. This is a commitment and target, not a claim that every page currently conforms without exception.
Current review
Our latest review combined source inspection, responsive and zoom checks, keyboard testing, and browser accessibility-tree inspection on public routes. Confirmed public-site issues found in that review were remediated in source. The authenticated client and staff applications, and real third-party booking and security widgets, still require a complete staging screen-reader and keyboard validation before a broader conformance claim.
Third-party components
Cal.com provides the optional scheduling dialog and Cloudflare Turnstile protects some public forms. We configure these components for accessible use and continue to include them in our testing, although their interfaces are maintained by their providers.
Request help or an alternative format
If a page, form, appointment flow, document, or client feature is difficult to use, email support@getbookwell.com. Include the page or task, the assistive technology and browser if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include passwords or sensitive customer information in the email.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide a practical response or alternative route as quickly as possible. Unresolved requests can be escalated by replying to the support response and asking for accessibility review.
